Navel/ Belly Button Piercing Opinions and Tips

Hello!! 🤗 I just got my belly button pierced one week ago, no pain, no blood, absolutely just perfect. Now do you guys think it looks "migrated", didn't have a single problem with it until today (I have seen some inflammation and pus-like substance, just white and kinda thick but no smell similar to infection whatsoever). Gave it a salt bath, then followed by hydrogen peroxide and my powder medicine Baneocin, recommended by my lady piercer.

Thank you for your help, any advice or option is welcomed 🥹🙈😆 The shape of the piercing it is kinda curved and comfortable too.
