eyebrow piercing causing hair loss?

I got my eyebrow repierced on January 23rd. It’s my second time as it started to reject the first. I just got it downsized. It still looks a little bit irritated. The skin around my piercing is a tad darker and flakey but that could be from the saline. It doesn’t hurt. The biggest thing i’m seeing is that my eyebrow is balding from where the piercing is and back. I’m not sure why, is this normal?
