• Place your ID or other document you provided within the app's guided frame and make sure it's clear
• "Clear" means:
• - Readable text
• - Easily visible photo

2️) Liveness Check:

• Keep your phone straight in a well-lit area.
• Follow the app’s instructions carefully.
• Don't hold your phone too close to your face.
• Don't have anyone else looking at your screen.
  • The app records the entire screen, not just your face.
  • If another person appears, your liveness check might get rejected.

3️) KYC Name Appeals:

• If you're appealing a name change, provide a clear and reasonable explanation.
