Design for Pokémon trading card binder

So my partner is really into Pokémon, and I want to make them a custom binder for their cards. I want a cool design with their favorite Pokémon Braixen. Idk if this is the right place for this, but would anybody be able to whip me up something for the front and back of the binder? I’m not really sure exactly what I want maybe something like this card, but feel free to be creative, I just want it to look cool
