Using this for inspiration (the center logo, ignore outer rim text), I want a very similar design that replace the central cup with a top hat and magic wand. Make the side animals into identical standing bunnies, holding up the magic hat.

Where the "sun" is coming out of the central cup (now tophat) should be this logo peeking out instead of the sun. In the banner design underneath should be the word "T'DAAA" in all-caps without quotation marks. It can be centered on a single floof banner or however you creatively incorporate it, should be large enough to handle the purpose of being readable on silver.

Here is another angle for inspiration - replacing "TCHAD" with "T'DAAA" in such design.

The whole design should give consideration to its purpose as a stamp, for silver. This design will be engraved onto a metal stamp and slightly larger than a US quarter. Avoid ultra fine detail, eg standing rabbits dont need whiskers. Color doesn't matter - it's line art.
