Where's my NATIONAL ID that I applied for since 2021?

I applied for national id three years ago, 2021 i think? but still havent received it yet and their tracking service is bsh*t. dates dont make sense and update stopped at the last digit of my tracking number like wth??? Emailed them too many times already regarding this but no reply til now. Maghihintay pa ba ako? or will apply for other ids nalang if yes, ano kaya yung mabilis and can be use sa lahat?
