Does albacore sashimi exist in Philly?

I’m new here from the West Coast and for the life of me cannot find a sushi spot that serves albacore. What gives? When I ask the servers, I get a confused look and “we don’t have that here” every time. Surely there must be at least one restaurant that serves it?
