Motivation and Planning advice please

I’m in my second year of my PhD. Honestly hate it, but I’m in far enough now that I just want to finish then leave academia.

The problem is I have no motivation anymore I don’t spend nearly as much time actually working as I should be. My supervisor has noticed this, and it’s got to a point where he is quite annoyed with me. So it’s crunch time now.

PLEASE tell me how you guys keep yourselves accountable and get stuff done. I’ve never tried any of those pomodoro strategies thingies because in the past I’ve never needed them, but I’m desperate.

Any apps or strategies or anything you use would be deeply appreciated.
