Unable to update MCU Module

Unfortunately my device is using the petlibro lite app. And from reading other posts, i can’t use the newer app because the hardware/software decisions made by this company.

I reached out to support and instead of giving me a solution, I was provided an option to buy a 1 year subscription that’s over $ 120.00 and they’ll send me a newer robot for free if I make the purchase.

I don’t know what kind of response this is. At least give me the option to mute the notification about the MCU module needing to be updated if it’s going to just fail.

I need help from someone besides buying a new unit. Will never buy from this company ever again.
