Trusting the process - how long did your journey take? where are you currently?
I am 4'11", 35 years old. SW: 152 lbs, CW: 146 lbs, GW: 125-130 lbs. Currently in my health era and started my journey January 13, 2025 and have been eating roughly about 1400 calories per day and focusing on 105 g of protein per day. doing a 40/30/20 (carb/protein fat macros). I have hired a coach who has been absolutely supportive and is very knowledgable. I'm hitting roughly between 8,000-9,600 steps per day and I strength train 4x/ per week. All is great - I have noticed a huge difference in my overall well being and am taking on my weight loss transformation with a more sustainable approach focusing on daily habits for long term success. The process is going very slow however, and I know it is not a race. But being petite sucks as results don't just happen over night.
