Anyone going through this ??

My eyes randomly started to itch and become flaky from scratching then I noticed my eyes also starting to swell and the wrinkles on my eyes were just becoming more noticeable on the lids and my under eyes they currently look like this super itchy and wrinkly top and bottom has anyone heard of this situation?
