Incomplete Ejaculation

Very often, I feel like I do not experience “complete” ejaculation. Usually there is ejaculate in my urine when I go to the bathroom after and it makes urination painful. I was diagnosed with PFD have been going to physical therapy, but this symptom has persisted and it is very frustrating. Has anyone else gone through this?
