Worlds 2030, game 5 of finals, LR vs T1. Nemesis chokes on the UK cuisine backstage and can’t play the final. They sub in Caedrel on Malzahar. He flash ults Faker in mid lane. And this time, he doesn’t cancel it. LR wins it all, and the rat king finally claims his throne.

And thats all it would take to get this skin in game.
