Am I cooked?

My PSU died out recently, so I decided to disassemble my PC for cleaning before hooking up the new PSU. I noticed that little damaged spot in the PCIe slot after removing my GPU. Did I screw up? Am I gonna have to replace my motherboard? I can’t test if everything still works because I won’t be able to buy my next PSU for a while.
