Installed a new-to-me Ryzen 9 5900x, keep getting this error on boot up.

Edit: I Realized the photo never was uploaded. I get the "New CPU installed, "fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP structure changed" message. I'll try to add a photo to the comments.

As the title states. Every time I boot, I get this message. The delete key doesn't do anything, the Y key scares me so I haven't tried it, and N allows it to boot into windows just fine, but I can't get into bios, and it reverts some system settings if I change them after it boots. Any advice?
