Watt usage vs. PSU question

The linked build has an estimated watt usage of 649W. The chosen PSU can deliver 750W.
Am I cooked with this PSU, or will the headroom of 101W be ok? Already have the PSU so would have to get a new one. Would 850W PSU be sufficient or do I have to go even bigger?
