Vikings Appear Out on Rodgers, What does this mean for our draft chances?
A recent article by the NFL was published that the vikings are appearing out on Rodgers to come in as QB and plan to stick with McCarthy at the helm. What could this mean for our draft? Assuming Rodgers still plays and goes to one of either the steelers or the giants, that leaves Russel Wilson. If the browns sign Russ I could see the draft board shaping up to be:
1) Cam Ward
2) Abdul Carter
3)Travis Hunter
4) Tet? Campbell? Graham?
This would free up the giants and browns to take QBs in the 2nd round and have them learn behind two older QBs. Best case scenario is the vikings sign Russel Wilson as a backup and the steelers end up with Rodgers. What are your thoughts?
