Could Chubb be a decent FA acquisition?

So we all know Nick Chubb played sub-par this year after absolutely destroying his leg in a few years ago. However, we are in need of a good RB to pair with Rhamondre. I still think we should draft a RB, because Chubb is a risky move. I wouldn't hate giving Chubb a 1-year "prove it" deal. Maybe worth like 13M with 6M guaranteed and we offer 7M in incentives: Like staying healthy and playing in 14 or more games, getting over 900 Rushing Yards, and 9+ Rushing TDs.
