What is the baseline budget for getting an Uber bossing build in Phrecia going? MFA/MSoZ/Others?

Pretty much what the title says. How much would you guys recommend having banked to either roll/swap into an Uber bosser? I don't have a build in mind, so I'd be interested in seeing what you guys suggest also.
