Been waiting 3 months for an email response from CS

I have been waiting for 3 months, going on 4 months now for an email response from Customer Service about my physical items from my supporter pack.

I know they made a post about it a while ago but this is plain ridiculous at this point.

$400 supporter pack each time its out, and I can't even get a response.

Does anyone have an idea of how to get this expedited or anything?
