Need advice

I’m getting my ass kicked with lvl 7-8 maps. I just finished my 10 lvl 7 maps.

I’m lvl 78 monk. Ice strike main attack. Main resists are 75%, chaos resist is 47%. 76% evasion. 0 energy shield, 3% armor. Only ascendency lvl 2.
Damage isn’t the issue, I instantly freeze and explode huge mobs but I get one shot so fucking much. What stats should I start focusing on at this point? Should I grow my ES and Armour? Is it better to have well balanced defenses or stack a specific defense, which is what I was doing with evasion.
