You do not have the required quest state
So, I'm already in Endgame, but I was doing regular Temple of Kopec Cruel runs, and, suddenly at the end I couldn't "finish the quest" (which is silly, because I've finished it like, 20 times), and now I can't use my own portal nor anyone's portal, and I can't even use most waypoint in Act 3 Cruel. Any ideas of how to fix this?
