Viper Napuatzi boss fight is a nightmare [Act 3]

Up until this part of the game, I've enjoyed every boss encounter.

But on top of this, there's awful tuned gear at this point in the game, terrible arena design and the entirety of the Act 3 set up (porting to town to take the portal back to the present timeline to sell anything), I'm pretty close to putting this game down until some issues are addressed.
