Govworks a scam?

I used govworks to renew my passport in April and I haven't heard a thing from them in almost 2 months. I'm pretty worried I got scammed. Has anyone used them? At this point, I don't even care about the money. Did they steal my passport? I'm genuinely upset if that's what happened. Its got all my old stamps and visas and had sentomental value to me
