How long??!

Has anyone either themselves/know of anyone who’s recovered from parosmia quite quickly? I’m struggling to find anyone that’s fully recovered, everything online seems to be ongoing and been several months since they got it. It’s only been a week for me so far and I’m so fucking miserable. Nothing is enjoyable, not even showers, everything stinks and makes me feel sick. I’m hungry, I can only eat about 3 things. I don’t know how it’s possible to live like this for months. I’m sick of my own moaning but fuck me this is awful
