ISO Bespoke/MTM Guayabera

Hey gang! I’m getting married in October in the US, and I would like to be wearing a guayabera with some custom embroidery work. Does anyone have any idea of a company/maker that I could turn to that could make me that kind of garment? (It would probably need to be bespoke or MTM given my sizing—61” chest)
