Expedited shipping times to WA?

I know that PSA states on the website that they are currently expediting orders to WA due to impending legislative doom, I’m just curious if anyone has info on how quickly those orders are actually shipping. I purchased a completed upper receiver yesterday and noticed that in the shipping FAQ section, it states that uppers can take up to 15 days. I’m hopeful that it won’t take that full time.
