Problem with LinkedIn

So I don't have a pfp of myself on my LinkedIn profile. I made it last month and when I tried to login on my phone it asks for verification and persona. At first I sent my id card image but they keep asking cuz there's no pfp on my profile to match my id card pic with.

How can I get access back or even can I?
