iPhone 15 Pro Max Battery Dropped

I bought my phone in april 2024 it was box pack. It was holding the battery health 98% well at 160-170 cycles. But after that it is dropping every percent after every 5-10 cycles. What is the reason behind it. Battery timing is also significantly decreased. Just 4 to 5 hours of screen time on 15 pro max. 🫠
