Nayatel New Connection Cost

So i recently moved to a new house that was already nayatel connected and had to get a new internet connection, and this is the quote for the price of getting it. Wtf is up with a 15k router? I can just buy one in 5k lol yeah but still these quotes are insane :/ can't believe how many people actually pay 10k more for something they could get much cheaper
