New build with 3080 price suggestions

I'm planning on building a pc with a 3080 that I can currently get for 130k, just need 1 SSD 512GB, RAM can be 16GB, and a suitable cpu. I wanted to know how much the total cost would be, including the 130k for the GPU, with cooling, mobo, CPU, storage, ram, combined for the entire build. Pls help
