Help improving deck?

Hi! I’m new to the tcg but used to have a bunch of cards as a kid. Would anyone be able to help me figure out what cards I should prioritize to improve this deck? I also want to make this deck with real paper cards to play with so I got the Charizard ex league battle deck and would like to upgrade that as well. Thanks!
