psp 1000 internet problem

So I know the PSP is a old system but I still have alot of love for it.

Today I brought a PSP 1000 and I'm trying to connect it to the internet by an android but I keep getting the error code 80410416. I also tried downloading the games I have installed from the PS3 but its saying I need to update the PSP in which I can't do due to it not being connected to the internet. What should I do?
