Advice Needed - Taking care of sick gf with POTS

My girlfriend recently got sick with the flu or a bad cold and I normally make sure she takes her meds (midodrine 5mg 3 times daily, propranolol 60mg ER). It seems like she is gonna be stuck in bed for the next few days at least. I know she is not supposed to take midodrine before laying down/sleeping. Should she not take these until she is well enough to be out of bed?

I’ll already be making sure she is drinking lots of fluids, and we have some OTC meds for symptoms, but any suggestions/advice to help her feel better would be appreciated!
