Major surgery with POTS, is this something to be concerned about?

Hey guys! I literally JUST started taking propranolol 10mg 3 days ago, it’s definitely helping my heart palpitations which is good but I’m still adjusting with the fatigue side effects. I’m getting my first major surgery this June and I’m super worried. Will the anesthesia worsen my symptoms? Can I have a heart attack and die? My mind is racing with thoughts. Does anyone have any advice for MAJOR surgery’s? I’m getting double jaw surgery.
