I Cant no more…

Who last month my heart rate has been soo elevated …. Turns out I have a UTI and clamyida soo after one round of antibiotics I have to start another . My vitamin D lvls were so low at 7 so I’m taking 50,000 UI per week . I have no support from anyone I have no friends I have no family supporting .. my mom even right now told me to just kill myself … the anout of chest pains I get PVC and litteraly everything. Been to the ER twice yesterday while my heart is pounding fluttering and EKG looks fine …. They said there’s nothing much they can do 😞. I honestly might just end my life. I feel so depressed and helpless
