Need Advice: Right Knee Feels Weak After 3K
I've been running for 2 months now, about 3-4 times a week. I'm 5'7 and 78kg. At first, I ran only at a comfortable pace, but lately, I’ve been pushing myself more. Just hit a PR for 5K at 7:44 min/km!
The issue: around the 3K mark, my right knee starts feeling tingly and weak, while my left knee feels completely fine. It doesn’t hurt, but it feels off. Has anyone dealt with this before? What helped you fix it?
