Cant launch RDR2 with mods anymore

Wanted to fire up RDR to test with my new OLED.... But I cant start the game. Do I need to update some mods or do you have any Idea what most likely is the culprit here? I already downloaded newest Script Hook...

Really dont want to reinstall game and mods...

In Rockstar Launcher I press start and after some seconds it asks me to start on secure mode...
