Best exercise for an overwhelmed girly?
Hi everyone,
On top of my PCOS I am AUDHD (I’ve heard a lot of us are!) and I get overwhelmed easily by simple tasks, and transitions are quite hard for me.
I do enjoy lifting but as it does take a chunk out of my day (having to get ready, go there, wash up, travel back) and due to the sensory overload (the lights and the people) I end up never being consistent.
I’m wondering if anyone’s had success with an at home program, something that’s easier to be consistent with? I also have a treadmill and free weights at home, I wonder if using these are adequate?
