Is it normal to be diagnosed this young?

Hello I am 19 female and I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16 and I still don’t know a lot about it and I feel like I’ve been in limbo for 3 years not understanding what’s going on so if anyone has any advice for me that would be amazing because from what I’ve heard it’s not normal to get a diagnosed this young and that scares me.

What should I start doing now to help me in the future since I guess I got an early warning?
