Changed diet, still gaining weight
Hey, it's more of a rant but I'm just feeling extremely let down over how I have changed my diet (I'm south asian so it was quite hard to do since our foods are quite oil heavy), I'm 17, I'm trying to exercise but honestly seeing the numbers go up the scale is putting me down so much and making me overly self aware of my weight, any advice would be appreciated :(
Fyi I'm 17, 5'3 and weight 144lb
