Cutting sleeves on dreamweight raw long sleeve

I got the dreamweight raw long sleeve and I’m trying to figure out what to do with the sleeves. Did others cut them? Can I do this myself or do I need a tailor? Any advice would be appreciated! I really don’t like bunching then up on my forearms because it’s too tight.
