Is there anywhere to watch season 7b in Canada?

Netflix has season 7a, but not the second half. Prime says ‘this video is not yet available in your location.’ I checked Starz and W Network and it’s not there. Is there anywhere Canadians can watch season 7b yet? If not, when will it become available for us, and where? Thanks!
