Dating and marriage in Orthodoxy

Hello, I am from a relatively small town in Indiana with a very very small population of Orthodox. I go to small a parish where all the women my age (college) have girlfriends. I’m new to the faith and was wondering what are some ways to find a long term partner in a situation like this? Is it okay to date a Protestant or a Catholic? Is it moral to tell them that they have to convert to be with me?
