We are looking to hire Experienced and Fluent OF Chatters 💸 to join our growing team across all 3 shifts

(8 pm - 4 am EST, 4 am - 12 pm EST, & 12 pm - 8 pm EST)

✨ The average chatter on our team generates $800+ USD in net sales per shift

Role Overview:

✅ Salary of 4 to 5$ per hour with 2-4% commission on Net Sales

✅ 8 hours a day 6 days a week (48 hours a week)

✅ 1-hour break for every 8-hour shift (optional)

✅ Hours and activity logged via the Hubstaff Time Tracking App

Our Incentives:

🍀 +1% EXTRA Net Commission Multiplier (ex: 2% -> 3%) upon monthly model net sales growth

🍀 +10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) if you're in the top 40% of chatters for the month

🍀 +10% EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) if you have a perfect attendance record for the month

*🍀 +10% Christmas EXTRA bonus salary multiplier (1.1x) for all of December *

🍀 Monthly performance review for salary raises and promotions
