Which one is the best Non-Meta Deck?

I went to my first shop tournament yesterday with my Doflamingo Deck and had a lot of fun with it. However many players were playing interesting decks which are not considered as Meta and I found their synergies quite interesting.

Do you have any recommendations about such non-meta decks which are fun to play? Please attach a Cardlist to your recommendations.
