Alex Toussaint Appreciation Post

I hadn’t taken an Alex ride in way too long, finally took one earlier today and I hate to say I forgot how incredible he is!!! My goodness, he’s one of the few instructors who makes me feel like I’m there in the studio with everyone. He interacts with everyone, he goes HARD on his intervals, and when he does stop pedaling it’s always to hype everyone up and shout out as many people as he can. He’s just so great!! That’s all, I just wanted to gush 😂
