Which books should I read before spider geddon

I recently bought the spider-geddon omnibus as my first book, and after reading a few pages, I realized I was most likely spoiling a lot of stuff for myself. I got it because I loved the idea of a bunch of spider man being in it. Does anyone have a recommendation of which books/omnibus i should read before i go further? I know it's probably connected to just about every spider man, but as a general rule, which few books should I read before jumping in so I don't get big things spoiled in the spider verse?
