Do you guys have this problem

I have been using the omega seamaster 300 for about 6 years straight, recently it has been acting up by being late by 5 minutes per night. It usually happens when im not using the watch, to my notice the balance wheel on the seamaster is beating slower compared to my speedmaster. Is it time to service?
