Ang hirap kapag hindi ka sanay mag positive self talk

Everytime na bino-boost ko sarili ko everytime I feel so stress, hindi effective saakin. I sometimes use gentle positive self talk or minsan is kung paano ako makipag usap sa tropa ko in a positive way. Pero ewan, I find it plastic minsan. At ayoko ng ganito .. Hindi ko alam on how to start ba sa bagong self talk na hindi ako makakafeel na cringey or napa-plastikan, eh pero this is what is "new things" feels like diba?
